What happens on the demo?
We come prepared with a first version of the app you described, on the fields your systems hold, and change it with you on the call. Nothing connects to your systems until you go ahead.
How long does it take?
Once you go ahead, typical apps are built and ready to test within 1–2 weeks. Larger projects, or systems where the vendor has to approve API access, can take longer, and you get a timeline with your quote.
Is the test version really free?
Yes. You get an estimated cost before anything is built. If you're happy with it, we build a working version connected to your systems, and you test it on your own data for free before you commit.
How much does it cost?
You pay for the apps you need, nothing more: no per-user pricing and no implementation fees. We scope each app with you before it's built.
Do I need anyone technical?
No. Just someone who knows how the work gets done today.
